We are obsessed about making sure that businesses are supported by IT in the correct way because we think that any organization-processes-systems disalignment is a total money waste for the business and generates frustration and dissatisfaction among internal and external customers. We are also aware of the immense potential that IT can have if correctly applied to business. We are in short Lean driven, we don't like mismatching and wasting technology or money because projects are planned and implemented in the wrong way, or because complexity management is out of reach for businesses for lack of ability, mindset, systemic and holistic vision. That is why we intervene facilitating the adoption of IT in order to reduce waste and disalignments with business needs, with organization and processes architecture. By serving the ICT industry, we also want to enable SaaS firms or ICT product companies to have their own internal service and development processes working well, so that they can bring real value to customers, reducing IT systems implementation or services incident management costs.

Risk & Quality Management

We are Risk & Quality Management driven in every improvement project we do. When we lead improvement projects we want to make sure that Quality and Risks are taken into first consideration, as we know how impactful can be acting without it. Costs of lack of quality or lack of risks management can be very high, and we don't like waste, we like bringing to the business a culture of financial care and control, of risks prevention, which is the premise for business growth and abundance.

All the improvement actions that we introduce are quality, health&safety, environmentally driven, as we are born as environmental engineers and bring within ourselves these core values in everything we do. We strongly believe in all these aspects, as we consider them the fundamentals of the sustainable civil & industrial culture we wanted to help to build since the beginning of our professional journey. We also have assisted EPC/Waste transport & treatment/Environmental/Energy industries to map and control their processes, because we wanted to help them grow and expand, and they did, as they were leading the transition to a more environmentally attentive and sustainable society.
